The Project CR Team
The Project CR Team was formed on the belief that students can do more with their university in order to achieve sustainability. The main project is an initiation of a take-away box programme (currently named The Take-away Box Circular Programme) with the HKUST Sustainability Unit.
A pilot programme has been held between Feb and March 2018 on the HKUST Campus as proof-of-concept to the school. Over 400 users have registered for the programme with over 300 transactions within the 4 weeks. The programme was also covered by two local public medias, including Oriental Daily and RTHK. Our team has developed a proposal to HKUST to implement our created system within the school's management system. HKUST has since approved of our proposal and will be implementing a borrow-return system in Fall 2019.- Co-led operation logistics and a team of more than 20 students and staff to propose a new sustainable dinning blueprint to University management.
- Oversaw marketing and user engagement function, including researches, event planning and management, business cooperation and cross-media exposure; championed business communication and partnerships with suppliers, non-profitable organizations, media and University bodies.
